How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance. All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars.  To convert to your currency, use this handy converter.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

What are your shipping policies?

All items will be shipped within one week of purchase.  Silver Lynx Studio ships via Canada Post regular parcel mail (some exceptions occur).  Priority and / or insured mail can be requested and further charges will apply.  Silver Lynx Studio is not responsible for items lost or damage that occurs during shipping.  The purchaser is liable for any taxes or duties levied.

Shipping Charges as of March 2016 are flat rates (in Canadian Dollars):

$5 - Canada, $8 - USA, $15 - All other International 

Do you guarantee your work?

Silver Lynx Studio guarantees the craftmanship of our work and will repair items damaged or broken through normal wear and tear within the first 30 days. All pieces are handcrafted at Silver Lynx Studio and are therefore unique.  Components and beads that are made in batches are photographed one time.  Items may not be exactly as pictured in the photograph. 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the unique nature of my work, all sales are final.  Silver Lynx Studio does not offer exchanges or refunds.  Please contact us for further information.

Do you have a privacy policy?  What do you do with my information from a purchase or when I sign up for your newsletter?

All information provided by you for your account or for purchases remains private.  Silver Lynx Studio does not share or sell information provided. You will only be contacted about your order and / or in the event you sign up for the newsletter. 

Do you do custom work?  Can I reserve or order an item? 

I may take on custom work.  Please contact me for more details. 

Please contact me if you wish to reserve an item or are looking for beads or components that are no longer in stock.  As every item is made uniquely, I may not be able to reproduce the item you are looking for, however I may be able to create something similar for you.
